I started The PUSH in 2018 with the desire to help as many people as possible and provide the absolute best quality to my clients. My great interest and passion in life is health and personal development. In addition to my PT & dietician license, I have a background in psychology and pedagogy. My life experience has allowed me to develop a program that provides long-term health benefits but also visible results. I have helped 100's of women get in the best shape of their lives and become their happiest selves.

Online training allows our clients to implement and customize training based on their individual circumstances and schedule and not the other way around. This way, training and health becomes simple, easy and built for success.
